建立有效的CRM解决方案研究

【摘要】:电子商务已使商业模式发生了巨大变化。更明显的是 ,它改变了企业与客户的合作方式。CRM系统正是充分利用以客户为中心资源 ,拓展了全新的销售方式、销售渠道 ,是一个真正建立在“客户准则”之上的营销理念。通过对市场、客户关系及对知识的挖掘 ,提高企业销售水平和服务质量及增加企业收入。
[Abstract]:E-commerce has made a great change in business model. More obviously, it has changed the way enterprises cooperate with customers. The CRM system is precisely to make full use of customer-centered resources and expand new sales methods and sales channels. Is a truly built on the "customer guidelines" on the marketing philosophy. Through the market, customer relations and knowledge mining, improve the level of corporate sales and service quality and increase corporate revenue.
