技术自主论的理论考查与启示

【摘要】：工业技术的不断的变革,使得技术在当前时期的重要性在一直提升。技术对生活产生积极影响的同时,众多问题也逐渐暴露。“技术是否具有自主性?”这个问题也逐渐引起重视,进而思考。技术自主论的观点认为答案是肯定的。技术自主论的观点,主要也就是埃吕尔和温纳的技术自主论思想。埃吕尔的技术自主性思想最终还是落在技术与人的关系问题,是通过技术与社会诸因素表现的,大概可以阐述为技术系统的自增性,技术前进的自动性和技术发展的无目标性。温纳的技术革命和反向适应这两个概念就是对埃吕尔的技术自主性思想的发展。他们认为技术是独立的,并且自我推进我、自我扩展,超出人的控制;认为技术的发展仅受到其内在逻辑的影响,一旦人类发展到技术社会,那么它就决定人类存在状况和社会状况。
[Abstract]:With the constant change of industrial technology, the importance of technology in the present period has been raised. Technology has a positive impact on life, at the same time, many problems are gradually exposed. "is technology autonomous?" This question also causes the attention gradually, then ponders. In the view of technological autonomy, the answer is yes. The viewpoint of technological autonomy, that is, Eliel and Winner's ideas of technological autonomy. Eluer's thought of technological autonomy ultimately falls to the question of the relationship between technology and human being, which is expressed by various factors of technology and society. It may be described as the self-increasing of technological system, the automatism of technological progress and the aimless nature of technological development. Winner's two concepts of technological revolution and reverse adaptation are the development of Eliel's thought of technological autonomy. They think that technology is independent and self-advancing, self-expanding, beyond human control; that the development of technology is only influenced by its internal logic, and that once mankind develops into a technological society, It then determines the state of human existence and social conditions.
