产学研合作视角下社会网络、知识创新、企业绩效关系研究

【摘要】:产学研合作的建设作为实现国家或区域发展战略的重要举措,越来越受到各方面人士的重视和密切关注。因此,这迫切需要我们敏锐地把握产学研三者呈现出的网络化这一新特点,充分利用网络特征所形成的功能倍增器作用,促进网络内部的知识创新,加快产学研三者之间的合作创新,提升产学研合作企业的绩效。 本文的主要研究目的是探讨在产学研合作视角下,企业社会网络、知识创新、企业绩效三者之间的关系。本文在基于前人研究的基础上,以产学研合作理论、社会网络理论、知识创新理论作为本文的理论基础。在对各变量的内涵进行界定和维度划分后,提出了本文的理论研究模型,同时提出了本文的研究假设。通过相关分析和多元回归分析,对本文提出的假设进行了检验,同时检验知识创新作为中介变量在社会网络特征对企业绩效影响中是否起到中介作用。最后给出了本文的研究结论和创新点,同时指出了本文的研究不足和进一步研究的方向。本文研究主要得出以下结论: (1)企业社会网络特征能对企业的知识创新活动产生显著正向影响。在产学研合作社会网络中,企业应该占据有利位置,扩大自己的联结范围,不断与合作主体建立新的联系,通过进一步加强关系强度,建立稳定、信任的关系,促进企业知识创新活动。 (2)企业知识创新活动能很好地促进企业绩效的提升。知识创新活动的各维度对企业绩效影响的假设检验结果显示知识创新活动的各个阶段都能对企业绩效产生显著正向影响。因此,企业需要不断以知识创新来带动企业技术、管理创新来提升企业绩效。 (3)企业社会网络特征对企业绩效的直接正向影响效果不佳。社会网络结构对企业绩效的影响总体显著,然而关系强度特征对企业绩效影响不显著,甚至存在负向影响。这说明,强关系并不能给企业绩效带来直接帮助。相反,企业拥有较多的弱关系将能很好地帮助企业减少关系冗余性,使获取的信息更加丰富,将能很好地促进企业绩效的提升。 (4)知识创新在企业社会网络对企业绩效的影响中中介效应不显著。本文关于知识创新中介效应的检验结果显示:知识创新在网络结构对企业绩效的影响中起到部分中介的作用,而在关系强度对企业绩效的影响中无法验证知识创新的中介效应。从而说明知识创新在社会网络特征对企业绩效的影响过程中起到了部分中介,但作用不明显。
[Abstract]:As an important measure to realize the national or regional development strategy, the construction of industry-university-research cooperation has been paid more and more attention by people from all walks of life. Therefore, it is urgent for us to have a keen grasp of the new characteristics of the network presented by industry, education and research, to make full use of the function multiplier formed by the characteristics of the network, and to promote the knowledge innovation within the network. Speed up the innovation of cooperation between industry, university and research, and improve the performance of the enterprises. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship among enterprise social network, knowledge innovation and enterprise performance from the perspective of industry-university-research cooperation. Based on the previous studies, this paper takes the theory of industry-university-research cooperation, the theory of social network and the theory of knowledge innovation as the theoretical basis of this paper. After defining the connotation and dimensionality of each variable, the theoretical research model and the research hypothesis of this paper are put forward. Through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, the hypothesis proposed in this paper is tested. At the same time, knowledge innovation, as an intermediary variable, plays an intermediary role in the influence of social network characteristics on enterprise performance. Finally, the conclusion and innovation of this paper are given, and the deficiency of the research and the direction of further research are pointed out at the same time. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) the characteristics of enterprise social networks can have a significant positive impact on the knowledge innovation activities of enterprises. In the cooperative social network of industry, college and research, enterprises should occupy a favorable position, expand their own scope of connection, constantly establish new ties with the main body of cooperation, and establish a stable and trusted relationship by further strengthening the strength of the relationship. (2) the enterprise knowledge innovation activity can promote the enterprise performance very well. The hypothesis test of the influence of each dimension of knowledge innovation on enterprise performance shows that each stage of knowledge innovation can have a significant positive impact on enterprise performance. Therefore, enterprises need to continuously use knowledge innovation to promote enterprise technology and management innovation to improve enterprise performance. (3) the direct positive effect of enterprise social network characteristics on enterprise performance is not good. The influence of social network structure on enterprise performance is significant, but the relationship intensity has little or even negative influence on enterprise performance. This shows that strong relationship can not bring direct help to enterprise performance. On the contrary, having more weak relationships will help the enterprise to reduce the redundancy of the relationship and make the information more abundant. (4) the intermediary effect of knowledge innovation on enterprise performance is not significant in the enterprise social network. The results of this paper show that knowledge innovation plays a part of intermediary role in the influence of network structure on enterprise performance, but the intermediary effect of knowledge innovation can not be verified in the influence of relationship strength on enterprise performance. It shows that knowledge innovation has played a part of intermediary in the process of social network characteristics affecting enterprise performance, but the role is not obvious.
