一种单篇研究论文直接评价新方法

【摘要】:[目的/意义]单篇研究论文直接评价在学术出版、科研管理中有广泛应用,目前最常见的单篇论文直接评价方法是多指标加权评价法,该法存在指标打分主观性易过大、关键性指标可能被非关键指标掩盖、创新性评价指标细化不够、论文分级区分度不够等不足,对此提出一种新评价方法,抑制多指标加权评价方法的上述不足,提高论文直接评价效度。[方法/过程]新方法将研究论文写作中存在的典型问题直接纳入评价指标定义,各评价指标采用定序尺度,各评价指标分级之间两两组合,最终对应到六个论文评价等级中的某一级。[结果/结论]新方法可用于自然工程、经济管理学科的期刊论文审稿和学位论文评议。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: direct evaluation of single research paper is widely used in academic publication and scientific research management. At present, the most common direct evaluation method of single paper is multi-index weighted evaluation method. The key index may be concealed by non-key index, the innovative evaluation index is not detailed enough, the classification degree of the paper is not enough, and so on. A new evaluation method is put forward to restrain the deficiency of the multi-index weighted evaluation method. Improve the validity of direct evaluation. [method / process] the new method directly brings the typical problems in the research paper writing into the definition of evaluation index, each evaluation index adopts order scale, and each evaluation index is divided into two groups. Finally, it corresponds to one of the six evaluation levels. Results / conclusion the new method can be used in the review of journal papers and dissertations in natural engineering, economic management.
