科技帅才之科技激励力研究

【摘要】:正为保证科技愿景和组织战略的顺利实现,科技帅才、科技人员需要团结协作,共同努力,以积极的态度和务实的行为开展科研工作。当今时代,科学活动的主体已日益突破个人模式,朝着团队和组织协同工作的模式发展。因此,科技帅才应能够有效激励科技追随者,使其积极务实地开展科研工作。一、科技激励力模型构建基于前述科技帅才领导力研究中关于卓越科学家的传记研究、领导力要素提炼,以及对院士群体的实证数据验证和关于科技帅才领导
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the smooth realization of the vision and organizational strategy of science and technology, it is necessary for the scientific and technical personnel to work together and work together to carry out scientific research with a positive attitude and pragmatic behavior. Nowadays, the main body of scientific activities has increasingly broken through the individual model and developed towards the mode of teamwork and organizational cooperation. Therefore, scientific and technological leaders should be able to effectively motivate their followers to actively and pragmatically carry out scientific research. First, the model of scientific and technological motivation is built on the basis of the biographical research on outstanding scientists, the extraction of leadership elements, the validation of empirical data on academicians and the leadership of scientific and technological leaders.
