【摘要】：正孙权与曹操、刘备的马上打天下不同,是继承父兄现成基业。孙权即位时只有18岁,本身没有特别出众的政治军事才干,又有江东豪强势力的潜在威胁,政权生存压力最大,却能把江东仕宦集团治理得风生水起,这和他客观承认"多元需求"、合理满足"正当需求"、积极引导"正向需求"、适时弹压"无理要求"的权术运用密不可分。一、客观正视"多元需求"孙权即位之初,周围有一批功高盖主的老臣旧将,文有张昭,武有程普,都是极有个性之人。张昭作为辅佐孙策、孙权两朝的重臣,对于江东的稳定起了重要的作用。程普历仕孙坚、孙策、孙权三朝,曾跟随孙坚讨伐董卓,又助孙策平定江东。孙策死后,他与张昭等人共同
