群体性事件中的领导角色定位

【摘要】：文章剖析了当前群体性事件的处置过程中领导角色定位面临的新挑战,并从博弈论视角揭示了群体性事件爆发的原因,主张改变传统博弈思维和策略选择,通过系列领导角色的重塑,促进官民理性合作的方式来化解危机,从而提高领导者的危机领导力。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the new challenges to the orientation of the leading role in the process of dealing with group events, and reveals the reasons for the outbreak of group events from the perspective of game theory, and advocates to change the traditional game thinking and the choice of strategies. The crisis can be resolved through the remolding of a series of leadership roles to promote the rational cooperation between the officials and the people, thereby enhancing the crisis leadership of the leaders.
