国外服务型领导研究综述

【摘要】：正面对不断成熟发展的服务型领导理论、交易型领导理论、变革型领导理论、真诚领导理论、道德领导理论、第五级领导理论、赋权领导理论、精神领导理论、自我牺牲领导理论,学术界存在着很多的迷茫与彷徨,不知道究竟哪种理论能够构建领导者的成功优势。有鉴于此,本文旨在通过对国外领导科学发展的前沿理论之一—服务型领导理论进行综合分析,对未来服务型领导研究的趋势做出分析。一、服务型领导的概念和结构服务型领导是指领导者以本身的道德和责任为基础,尊重被领导者个体的尊严和价值,关注被领导者的发展,挖掘和培育被领导者的能力,充分激发被领导者
[Abstract]:Facing the continuous development of service-oriented leadership theory, transactional leadership theory, transformational leadership theory, sincere leadership theory, moral leadership theory, the fifth level of leadership theory, empowerment leadership theory, spiritual leadership theory. Self-sacrificing leadership theory, there are a lot of confusion and uncertainty in academia, I do not know which theory can build a leader's success advantage.
