量子领导思维的基本原则与塑造策略

【摘要】：正量子时代,领导者将面临工业革命时代以来最大的一场历史性思维变革,这需要从根本上建立一种全新的领导力思维体系,以便创造性地适应更快速的变化、环境的不确定性、去中心性等。基于此,量子时代孕育了新型领导思维——量子领导思维。领导者可以通过明确量子领导思维原则,并不断激发量子领导思维动力来塑造量子领导思维,从而带领组织进入未来的量子时代。那么,量子领导思维的基本原则是什么?如何塑造量子领导思维?下面我们做浅显的探讨。
[Abstract]:In the normal quantum age, leaders will face the biggest historic change in thinking since the industrial revolution, which requires a fundamentally new leadership thinking system to adapt creatively to faster changes. The uncertainty of environment, the centrality, etc. Based on this, the quantum age gave birth to a new type of leadership thinking-quantum leadership thinking. Leaders can make clear the principle of quantum leadership thinking. And constantly stimulate the quantum leadership thinking power to shape the quantum leadership thinking, thus leading the organization into the future quantum era. So, what are the basic principles of quantum leadership thinking? How to shape Quantum leadership thinking? Below we do a superficial discussion.
