【摘要】：正单位是一个小社会,也是社会的有机组成部分。单位的管理水平既受社会总体管理水平的影响,又对社会总体管理水平的提高起着促进或阻碍作用。当前,单位管理存在不少不尽如人意的地方,具体有两种表现:一是高度集权的霸道式管理,二是管理权威丧失的软弱式管理。这两种极端的管理方式都破坏了单位管理的科学性、规范性和有效性,挫伤了员工的积极性、创造性,导致单位管理混
[Abstract]:Positive unit is a small society, is also an organic part of society.The management level of the unit is not only influenced by the overall social management level, but also promotes or hinders the improvement of the social overall management level.At present, there are a lot of unsatisfactory aspects in unit management, there are two kinds of performance: one is high-centralized overbearing management, the other is weak management with the loss of management authority.These two extreme management methods both destroy the scientific, normative and effective management of the unit, dampen the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff, and lead to the confusion of the management of the unit.
