年轻干部培养选拔如何“高开高走”

【摘要】:正当前,各地在年轻干部培养选拔上可谓是亮点频出、成效显著,一批又一批优秀年轻干部脱颖而出,但是,我们也不能忽视一些日益凸显的问题。例如,有些领导对年轻干部求全责备心理严重,有些单位论资排辈现象依然存在,有些地方在年轻干部培养选拔上喜欢搞一阵风、走过场。为向纵深推进年轻干部培养选拔工作,笔者冒昧谈四点拙见。一、党委牵头挂帅,全力推进。做好年轻干部培养选拔工作,各级党委是关键。经济社会发展能否出成绩归根结底取决于干部队伍建设能否出成效,因此,各级党委在致力于抓经济促发展的同时,要更加注重干部队伍建设,尤其要
[Abstract]:At present, the training and selection of young cadres in various localities can be described as a bright spot, with remarkable results, and a number of outstanding young cadres stand out from the crowd. However, we cannot ignore some increasingly prominent problems.For example, some leaders have a serious mentality of criticizing young cadres for their perfection, while some units still have the phenomenon of seniority and seniority, and in some places they like to do a gust of work and go through formality in the training and selection of young cadres.In order to promote the training and selection of young cadres in depth, I venture to talk about four views.First, the party committee takes the lead and pushes ahead with all its might.To do a good job in training and selecting young cadres, party committees at all levels are the key.The success of economic and social development ultimately depends on whether the construction of the contingent of cadres is effective. Therefore, while the party committees at all levels are committed to promoting economic development, they should pay more attention to the building of the contingent of cadres, especially to the construction of the contingent of cadres.
