决策中领导者如何自我“界定”

【摘要】:正美国哈佛商学院伦理学教授约瑟夫·L.巴达拉科在《建设性性格的培育》一文中,从性格特质角度研究领导者,创造性地提出了"界定时刻"这一概念,并结合具体案例加以阐释,旨在帮助领导者在决策中重新认识自我、改造自我,从而成为一名成功的领导者。巴达拉科教授结合商业实际,总结出当前存在三种较为普遍的界定时刻:第一种与领导者个体定位有关,即"我是谁";第二种与某一相对独立的群体有关,即"我们是谁";第三种则涉及社会中某一公司角色的定位,即我们的公司是谁"。他认为,领导者只有对上述三种情况有了科学界定,才能成功地在诸多选择中进行决策。
[Abstract]:Joseph L., a professor of ethics at Harvard Business School in the United States.In "cultivation of constructive character", Badarako studies leaders from the perspective of personality traits, creatively puts forward the concept of "defining time", and explains it with concrete cases.The aim is to help a leader to become a successful leader by rethinking himself and reinventing himself in decision-making.Professor Badarako sums up three more general defining moments in the context of business: the first is about the individual positioning of the leader, who I am, and the second is about a relatively independent group.That is, who are we? the third is about the role of a company in society, that is, who our company is.He believes that leaders can successfully make decisions in many choices only if they scientifically define these three situations.
