《易经》的领导智慧研究

【摘要】：《易经》作为古老而又灿烂的文化瑰宝,其内容极其丰富,对我国的政治、经济、文化等各个领域都产生了极其深远的影响;同时,《易经》当中也蕴含了许多领导智慧,指导着领导者、管理者在工作中的实践。通过研究《易经》六十四卦象,系统地阐述《易经》与领导体系的关系、领导自身的基本素质、领导选人用人、领导的领导方法方面的内容以及《易经》对我国领导产生的深远影响。
[Abstract]:The Book of changes, as an ancient and splendid cultural treasure, is extremely rich in content and has a profound impact on the political, economic, cultural and other fields of our country. At the same time, the Book of changes also contains a lot of leadership wisdom.Guide leaders and managers in the practice of work.By studying the hexagram images of 64, the relationship between the Book of changes and the leadership system, the basic qualities of the leaders themselves, and the selection and employment of the leaders are systematically expounded.The content of the leadership method and the profound influence of the Book of changes on the leadership of our country.
