【摘要】:正领导者能不能容忍和关爱惯于逆向思维的下属,充分发挥其作用,并在自己率领的团队中培育出惯于逆向思维的土壤,对于团队的建设以及团队能否完成其自身所担负的职责和使命至关重要。一、逆向思维及其主要特点逆向思维又称求异思维,它是对人们惯常思维中已成定论的事物或观点反过来思考的一种思维方式。虽然我们还不能把逆向思维与创新思维简单地画等号,但逆向思维在创新思维中的重要地位和作用是无可替代的,它是创新思维的基本类型之一,是人们从事发明创
