【摘要】：正东汉末年,孙权拜周瑜为江东大都督,老将程普为副都督。程普不甘心年轻的周瑜位居自己之上,便称病不出,让儿子代替自己入军中议事。周瑜心里当然明白程普是在装病,但还是关切地到程普家中探望。周瑜的宽容大度令程普大为感动。程普又听他人讲周瑜治军有方、操练有度,便深觉惭愧,主动到周瑜面前负荆请罪。二人捐弃前嫌,协力破曹,取得了史上著名的赤壁之战的重大胜利。随着论资排辈用人观的废除和科学的选人用人制度的确立,许多年轻人脱颖而出,成为各行各业的领导者。广大青年才俊在获得施展
