谨防过滤性“耳聋”症影响领导的有效性

【摘要】:正全面、客观、准确地把握信息是有效领导的前提,但人们给领导者提供的信息往往都经过了主观选择或有意改变,对信息进行了过滤,使领导者难以客观、全面、真实地了解和把握相关信息,出现了过滤性"耳聋",直接影响了领导者的有效领导。分析过滤性"耳聋"的表现、危害、原因,探索防治措施,无疑具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:It is the premise of effective leadership to grasp the information comprehensively, objectively and accurately. However, the information provided by people to the leaders is often subject to subjective choice or intentional change, and the information is filtered, which makes it difficult for the leaders to be objective and comprehensive. Knowing and grasping the relevant information truthfully, appeared the filter "deafness", directly influenced the leader's effective leadership. It is undoubtedly of great significance to analyze the manifestations, hazards, causes and preventive measures of filter deafness.
