做好专项工作的基本方法撷要

【摘要】：正专项工作就是具有一定工作量并需要一班人马进行落实的特定工作。"专项工作法"具体表现为如下"十要"。一要明确目的。不论做什么工作,都是有目的的,专项工作更不例外。因此,首先要拓宽视野、开阔思维,吃透上情、摸清下情,认真分析、深入思考,搞清楚工作的目的、意义及要求。只有目的清、要求明,才能思路对、方向准,才能按照目的要求有针对性地进行科学谋划,制订出有效的工作方案和举措,以确保工作不折不扣地完成。
