引领低碳经济的绿色领导模式:意义、内涵与路径

【摘要】：低碳经济的本质是变革人类文明中无限扩张的欲望导向,低碳经济的出路是用正确的领导模式理性地引导公众。适应并能引领低碳经济的绿色领导模式,是在领导理念(包括方法论、外界规定性认识、组织状态判断、价值观、目标思想、举措思想)、领导体制(包括全球政治体制、区域政治体制)、领导机制(包括决策机制、监督机制、评价机制、纠错机制)、领导方法(包括战略性方法、战术性方法)、领导素质(包括思想素质、能力素质)、领导利益(包括利益机制)各方面进行全面而深刻的生态化变革,形成德治领导模式。构建绿色领导模式的路径,发达国家是变革现行民主制度,发展中国家是先民主化、后绿色化,中国可分三步走。
[Abstract]:The essence of low-carbon economy is the desire to transform human civilization and the way out of low-carbon economy is to guide the public rationally with the correct leadership model. The green leadership model that adapts to and leads a low-carbon economy is based on leadership ideas (including methodology, outside prescriptive understanding, organizational state judgment, values, goals, initiatives, and leadership systems, including the global political system). Regional political system, leadership mechanism (including decision-making mechanism, supervision mechanism, evaluation mechanism, error correction mechanism, leadership method (including strategic method, tactical method), leadership quality (including ideological quality), Ability and quality, leading interests (including benefit mechanism) of all aspects of the comprehensive and profound ecological transformation, the formation of the leadership model of rule by virtue. The way to construct green leadership mode is to reform the current democratic system in developed countries and to democratize and then green in developing countries. China can take three steps.
