【摘要】：正见微知著,防微杜渐是一种重要的领导艺术,在组织管理中,应关注细节性问题,通过微观管理为组织的战略实施服务。管理好关键性小人物领导之于组织是大人物、核心人物,而具体操办重要事项、直接接受领导指令的经办人或者特殊岗位的办事人员则是关键性小人物。秘书对于组织而言是小人物,对他的管理属于细节性管理。关键性岗位的小人物管理不好,其破坏性也是惊人的。比如秘书可以狐假虎威,打着领导的旗号发号施令,甚至可能截留向领导传送的信息,也可能截留领导向外传达的信息,让组织
