领导干部如何管好特殊人物

【摘要】:正在中国社会,大部分人都有从众心理。用民间土话说,就是见样学样。因此,对于领导者而言,只要管好了几个特殊人群,就能形成正确的导向,把特殊人群的表现转化为整个社会的自觉行为。这也是管理学上常说的示范带动,能达到事半功倍的效果。三国时期,各路诸侯在特殊人群的管理上,留下了正反两方面的经验教训,值得参考借鉴。群体一:领导身边的人关键词:严管对身边人的管理,最能反映领导者的管理理念和领导艺术。在古代,领导身边的人多指家族势力和宠臣,在现代多指秘书、司机等服务人员。在曹魏集团,曹操喜欢表扬人,也喜欢批评人。只是,曹操表扬的多是外姓人,比如说荀是"吾之张良",说典韦是"吾之樊哙"。而批评的多是曹仁、曹洪、夏侯、夏侯渊这样的家族势力,以及许褚这样的贴身保镖。
