同级如何在相融与相斥中找到平衡点

【摘要】:正同级关系是领导关系体系的重要组成部分,同级关系的协调,是单位工作正常运转、关系和谐及事业发展的基础。由于个性、素质、认识、利益、职务晋升等因素以及领导工作安排不周、制度不健全不合理、各自下属之间的利益和心理纷争、各种意外事件的诱发等因素的影响,同级之间的排斥性会增强,产生诸多消极影响甚至严重后果。但从另一方面来讲,同级之间存在适当程度的排斥是一个组织客观存在的正常现象,只要正确对待,应对得当,在相斥中力求相融,在相融中适度相斥,找到相融相斥的平衡点,就可以维系组织内部的平衡,实现组织的正常运转和持续发展,为此,应当把握好相融相斥的辩证关系。
[Abstract]:The positive peer relationship is an important part of the leadership relationship system. The coordination of the same level relationship is the basis for the normal operation, harmonious relationship and career development of the unit. As a result of factors such as personality, quality, understanding, interest, promotion of position, improper arrangement of leadership work, unreasonable system, interests and psychological disputes among their subordinates, and the inducement of all kinds of accidents, and so on, Peer-to-peer exclusion increases, with many negative effects and even serious consequences. But on the other hand, the existence of an appropriate degree of exclusion between the same level is a normal phenomenon that exists objectively in an organization. If we find the equilibrium point of harmony and repulsion, we can maintain the balance within the organization and realize the normal operation and sustainable development of the organization. Therefore, we should grasp the dialectical relationship of harmony and mutual exclusion.
