“委托式指挥法”的实用价值

【摘要】：正1982年爆发的英阿马岛之战,以英国的胜利而告终。决定双方胜负的除了国力差别外,还有一个十分重要的因素,就是当时任英国首相的撒切尔夫人在战争中发明了独特的"委托式指挥法"。这种指挥法一出现,立即在西方社会引起极大轰动。仔细剖析一下就会发现,这种方法对于在领导活动中实现科学领导具有普遍的运用意义。
[Abstract]:The Battle of Britain and Argentina, which broke out in 1982, ended in a British victory. In addition to the difference in national strength, there was also a very important factor in determining the victory or defeat of both sides, namely that Thatcher, then British Prime Minister, had invented a unique "commissioned command law" in the war. As soon as this method of command appeared, it caused a great sensation in western society. A careful analysis shows that this method is of universal significance to the realization of scientific leadership in leadership activities.
