上下级关系疏离的组织生态解读

【摘要】:正现实中,由权力派生的"职务利益"将上下级清晰地分割开来,上下级关系疏离的状态越来越明显,导致双方互相不认同、不信任,最终将危及组织整体利益。笔者总结出了造成该种情况的几种原因。一是经济原因:阶级产生,疏离开始。随着生产力发展,一部分劳动者凭借个人能力及占有生产资料等原因成为雇主(上级),
[Abstract]:In the positive reality, the "duty interests" derived from the power clearly separate the superior and the subordinate, and the alienation of the relationship between the superior and the subordinate becomes more and more obvious, which leads to mutual disapproval and distrust between the two sides, and ultimately endangers the overall interests of the organization. The author sums up several reasons for this kind of situation. The first is economic reason: class comes into being, alienation begins. With the development of productive forces, some workers become employers (superiors) by virtue of their personal ability and possession of the means of production.
