东西方关于领导者要素的比较研究——以孙子“为将五德”和西方心理学六大美德为例

【摘要】：从古至今,领导者要素都是东西方学者研究的内容。如果将中国古代《孙子兵法》提出的为将五德、西方现代心理学的积极心理学六大美德、盖洛普优势提出管理者优势34项,这三套体系进行要素指标分析比较,我们可以在为将五德逻辑框架下建立心理学二级指标体系。用逻辑推理得出的为将五德,与用分析归纳法得出的六大美德体系以及用罗列与检验方法得出的盖洛普优势体系的指标具有高度相似性。这种研究成果是一组在中国抽象概念下的领导者要素的具象心理学指标体系,更加具备可学习性及可评测性。对领导学的研究和应用有较大意义。
[Abstract]:From ancient times to the present, the elements of the leaders are the contents of the study of the eastern and Western scholars. If the six virtues of the positive psychology of the five virtues and the western modern psychology were put forward in ancient China, the six virtues of the positive psychology of western modern psychology and the advantages of the managers were 34, and the three systems were compared. The two level index system of psychology is set up under the frame. It is highly similar to the six virtues, which are obtained by the analysis and induction, as well as the index of Gallup's superiority system obtained by the method of enumeration and test. This research result is a group of leaders' concrete core elements under the abstract concept of China. The index system of science is more capable of learning and evaluation. It is of great significance to the research and application of leadership.
