“相马”与“赛马”:中西方识人用人思想的比较及启示

【摘要】：正中国传统思想反映出的是封建生产关系,提倡以忠孝为核心的宗法礼教,主张尊卑有序的社会秩序,在识人用人上表现为突出领导的主导地位,强调领导"相马"。现代西方思想建立在资本主义生产关系基础之上,推崇所谓的民主与科学,在识人用人上多主张群众"赛马"。中国共产党实事求是的思想路线则反映了社会主义生产关系的本质要求,在识人用人问题上强调德才兼备,强调领导与群众、科学与艺术的辩证统一。三种识人用人思想最根本的区别是阶级立场不同,各自体现了封建地主阶级、
