领导者带好队伍的“度”

【摘要】:正"度",在汉语中是"尺"和"法"的意思。在哲学上,"度"讲的是质与量的关系,其含义是量的增减应把握在一定范围内,一旦超过了临界点,就会引发质的变化。简言之,把握不好"度",就容易走极端,出现诸如"画蛇添足"或者"溢美溢恶"的问题。笔者认为,领导者要带好团队,关键要善于把握"四度"。一是管理上的"张弛度"。
[Abstract]:Positive degree means "ruler" and "law" in Chinese. In philosophy, "degree" refers to the relationship between quality and quantity, which means that the increase and decrease of quantity should be kept within a certain range, once the critical point is exceeded, it will lead to the change of quality. In short, it is easy to go to extremes if you don't grasp the degree. I believe that leaders should take a good team, the key to grasp the "four degrees." First, the management of the "Zhang Chi degree."
