基于情境对领导有效性影响的研究述评

【摘要】:基于中西方关于领导情境的470篇研究文献,总结归纳了20年来(1995~2015年)领导领域学者们主要关注的情境要素,并针对情境对领导有效性影响的相关文献,及情境与领导力其他要素(如特质、行为)对领导有效性影响的相关研究进行了回顾与述评。研究结果表明,已有研究所关注的情境因素呈现零散与片段化的特点;情境与领导有效性之间是否存在其他互动关系值得深入思考;基于情境的领导特质有效性研究及领导者特质、行为、情境与有效性互动研究较少,且需更多质性研究挖掘这些要素互动的系统规律。最后,针对上述不足提出未来研究方向,以期进一步推动领导与情境的互动研究。
[Abstract]:Based on 470 research papers on leadership situation in China and the West, this paper summarizes and summarizes the main contextual factors concerned by scholars in the field of leadership in the past 20 years (1995-2015), and focuses on the relevant literature on the influence of context on leadership effectiveness. The influence of context and other elements of leadership (such as trait, behavior) on leadership effectiveness is reviewed and reviewed. The results show that the contextual factors concerned by some research institutes show the characteristics of fragmentation and fragmentation, and whether there are other interactive relationships between context and leadership effectiveness is worth further thinking. Context-based leadership trait effectiveness and leadership trait, behavior, situational and effectiveness interactions are less studied, and more qualitative research is needed to explore the systematic rules of these elements' interactions. Finally, the future research direction is put forward in order to further promote the interaction between leadership and situation.
