领导力变革的路径探索

【摘要】：正当前,我国经济发展进入新阶段,这就要求必须加强和改进各级领导对经济工作的领导力。领导力变革成为燃眉之急。本文致力于从以下六个方面探索领导力变革的路径。一、以包容并蓄培养领导力变革包容是领导力的重要表现。对于领导者来说,包容是一种必须具备的素质。所谓"水至清则无鱼,人至察则无徒",人要求太苛刻了,眼睛里容不得一粒沙子,那是没有人愿意跟随的。"金无足赤,人无完人",说的也是这个道理。
