领导力变革的路径探索

【摘要】:正当前,我国经济发展进入新阶段,这就要求必须加强和改进各级领导对经济工作的领导力。领导力变革成为燃眉之急。本文致力于从以下六个方面探索领导力变革的路径。一、以包容并蓄培养领导力变革包容是领导力的重要表现。对于领导者来说,包容是一种必须具备的素质。所谓"水至清则无鱼,人至察则无徒",人要求太苛刻了,眼睛里容不得一粒沙子,那是没有人愿意跟随的。"金无足赤,人无完人",说的也是这个道理。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economic development has entered a new stage, which requires strengthening and improving the leadership of leaders at all levels of economic work. Leadership change is a matter of urgency. This paper is devoted to exploring the path of leadership change from the following six aspects. First, tolerance and development of leadership change tolerance is an important manifestation of leadership. For leaders, tolerance is a necessary quality. The so-called "when the water is clear, there is no fish, and when one goes to inspection, there is no apprentice". People are too demanding to hold a grain of sand in their eyes. No one is willing to follow. " Gold has no feet, no one is perfect, "he said.
