【摘要】：正中国银监会培训中心的陈伟钢副主任送我一本他的新著《奇正领导力》,我粗读了一下,方才明白为什么"领导力"会成为机场读物的热门话题之一。首先,人们热衷于研究"领导力"是因为也许大多数人心中都有一个领袖梦领导梦,我们到地方出差,听到地方同志用得最多的一个词就是"领导"。开口"领导",闭口"领导"、"领导"长、"领导"短,让人既产生耳部不适应但又出现心里很舒坦的奇特感觉。可见"领导"作为一句捧人的话几乎迎合了所有人的场合偏好。其次,领导力也的确是一门学问。通
[Abstract]:Chen Weigang, deputy director of the training center of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, gave me a copy of his new book, Qizheng Leadership. I read it carefully before I realized why "leadership" became one of the hot topics in airport reading. First of all, people are keen on studying "leadership" because perhaps most people have a dream of leadership in their hearts. "Leadership" is the word most frequently used by local comrades on business trips. Opening the mouth and closing the mouth and closing the mouth are "leadership", "leadership" is long and "leadership" is short, which makes people feel uncomfortable in their ears but also comfortable in their hearts.
