In a sense, it is easy for leaders to manage people, to manage themselves, to manage affairs, to manage situations, to talk easily, to manage their hearts, to be kidnapped by feelings, to be besieged by feelings, or even to be surrounded by feelings, and to become prisoners of emotion.
