[Abstract]:Positive leadership consciousness is the ideology of management and governance of leaders, which is not only a component of social consciousness, but also a reflection of leaders' personal consciousness. As a key factor in determining leadership behavior, leadership consciousness is an important driving force for economic organizations, units and countries to carry out reform. With the deepening of reform and opening up, China has begun to enter an era of value agitation.
