领导者摆脱人情困扰的处世策略

【摘要】：正中国人最讲人情,这既成就了中国人重亲情、友情、乡情之义,构建了中国人和谐的人际关系和丰富的人脉,但也由于人情的牵制,造成了中国人的原则性、是非观、大局观的失落。人情影响着人们的交往和社会行为,其互惠性、功能性、实践性、功利性显而易见。作为领导者,处在世俗的人情网中,处在公共关系、权益的关节处,人情对其的影响自然比一般平民百姓多得多。人情对社会关系的调节起着某些积极的作用。一个罔顾人情、不讲情理的领导不是好领导,但问题的关键是领导者在人情关系中怎样把握好大方向、大原则、大是非。
[Abstract]:The Chinese people stress human feelings the most. This has not only made the Chinese people attach great importance to family, friendship, and rural feelings, but also created the Chinese people's principled view of right and wrong because of the restraint of human feelings, which has built up harmonious interpersonal relationships and rich personal connections among the Chinese people. Overall vision's loss. Human relationship affects people's communication and social behavior, and its reciprocity, function, practicality and utility are obvious. As leaders, in the secular human network, in the joint of public relations and rights, the influence of human feelings is much more than that of ordinary people. Human feelings play a positive role in the regulation of social relations. A leader who disregards human feelings and does not pay attention to reason is not a good leader, but the crux of the problem is how to grasp the general direction, principle and right and wrong in human relations.
