同级合作共事的思维方式探析

【摘要】:正有不少颇有才干的领导者,他们一般都能处理好与上级和下级的关系,却难以和同级和睦共事,往往将同级之间的关系搞得很僵,甚至出现互相掣肘、四面受阻的难堪局面。出现这种现象,很多领导者只从品德、情操、作风、方法与艺术等方面去归因、改进,很少从思维方式上去重视这个问题。其实,在处理同级的相互关系方面,确立妥当的思维方式往往比方法与艺术更加有效。所以,各级领导者在处理与同级的关系时,既要讲究方法和艺术,还要创新解决问题的思维方式。一、运用宏观思维来考虑同级的建议和要求对于同级向自己提出的建议和要求,
[Abstract]:There are quite a number of competent leaders who are generally able to handle their relations with their superiors and subordinates, but they find it difficult to work in harmony with their peers, and often make relations between their peers very stiff, and even face an embarrassing situation of mutual restraint and obstruction. Many leaders attribute and improve only moral character, sentiment, style, method and art, and seldom attach importance to this problem from the way of thinking. In fact, proper thinking is often more effective than method and art in dealing with relationships at the same level. Therefore, when dealing with the relationship with their peers, leaders at all levels should pay attention to methods and art as well as innovative ways of thinking on problem-solving. First, use macro thinking to consider the suggestions and requirements of the same level for themselves.
