【摘要】：正亲和力是人与人之间信息沟通、情感交流的一种能力。它以善良的情怀和博爱的心胸为依托,是一种特殊禀赋和素养。对于领导干部而言,亲和力更是一种人格魅力,它可以产生巨大的凝聚力,并转化为强大的影响力和行动力。首先,亲和力是联系群众的"助推器"。领导作风中最可贵的是平易近人,只有平易近人,才谈得上坚持群众观点、群众路线。相反,居高临下,不近人情,即使身到基层,也可能脱离群众。能否密切联系群众,亲和力的作用显而易见。其次,亲和力是班子团结的"润滑油"。团结是一个班子的生命,也是重要的成功之道。
[Abstract]:Positive affinity is a kind of ability of communication and emotional communication between people. It is based on kind-hearted feelings and fraternity, is a special endowment and accomplishment. For leading cadres, affinity is a kind of personality charm, which can produce great cohesion and transform into powerful influence and action. First, affinity is the "booster" that connects the masses. The most valuable aspect of leadership style is the approachable. Only by being approachable can we stick to the mass viewpoint and the mass line. On the contrary, condescending, inhuman, even to the grassroots, may also be divorced from the masses. Whether close contact with the masses, the role of affinity is obvious. Secondly, affinity is the "lubricating oil" of team unity. Unity is the life of a team and an important way of success.
