当好一把手的几手

【摘要】：正一把手作为一个单位的"领头羊",处在各种旋涡的中心,要面对诸多复杂的矛盾,处理大量棘手的问题,发挥好"当家人"的主导作用。这一特殊的地位和作用,要求一把手能够总揽全局,合理确定工作布局,具备协调各种关系、把握好平衡点的宏观控制能力和驾驭全局的领导艺术。本文就此谈几点浅见。
[Abstract]:As the leader of a unit, the head leader is in the center of all kinds of whirlpool. He must face many complicated contradictions, deal with a large number of thorny problems, and play a leading role in "being a family". This special position and function requires that the first leader should be able to handle the overall situation, reasonably determine the work layout, have the ability to coordinate all kinds of relations, grasp the macro control ability of the balance point and the leading art of controlling the overall situation. This paper talks about several points.
