乡镇领导要善于“运时”

【摘要】：正乡镇工作纷繁复杂,包罗万象,费时耗力,一些领导干部常常因此而忙得焦头烂额,精力不济。其实,做好乡镇工作,不仅需要较高的素质修养和忘我的工作精神,还应具有较高的时间管理艺术。笔者认为,乡镇领导干部要学会合理运用时间,提高工作效率。善于"开源",用足时间现实工作中,不少乡镇领导干部尽管工作忙忙碌碌,看似分秒必争,但工作效率却不高,到头来该做的事没做好,该完成的工作没完成,究其原因,就在于没有利用好时间。事实上,无论工作多忙,日程排得多满,只要分清轻重缓急,制定优先顺序,合理安排时间,在有限的
