副职间如何优化团结共事环境

【摘要】:正对每一位领导干部来说,在工作中发扬民主,顾全大局,团结共事,不仅仅是工作方法问题,也是执政能力、执政水平和党性修养的体现。在强调这个问题时,人们一般把班子团结的责任主要归结于一把手,这是对的。但也必须看到,一级组织、一个企业的领导班子只有一名正职,而作为人数众多,处于既受制于人又制约人,既被动又主动这样一种特殊地位的副职,相互间的主动沟通、配合支持对于有效发挥整体功能同样是十分重要的。一、副职要注重相互间的协调工作第一,从现代社会的特点来看,部门与部门之间、战线与战线之间是相互依存、相互联系、相辅相成的,
