单位“刺头”员工的治理策略

【摘要】:正任何领导者都可能会遇到一些"刺头"员工,他们会当面顶撞领导者,对单位规章制度置之不理,对单位发展指手画脚,对单位活动冷眼旁观,经常和单位的主流意识唱反调、拉倒车。对任何单位来说,"刺头"员工都是一个特殊的群体,他们具有一些普遍相似的特征,或者有深厚的背景,或者有较强的威望影响,或者有卓越的工作能力,不一而足。不论是何种类型的"刺头"员工,对领导者来说都是非常棘手的。因此,对于单位的领导者来说,如何处理好与"刺头"
[Abstract]:Any leader may encounter some "bayonet" employees who will confront the leader in person, ignore the rules and regulations of the unit, guide the development of the unit, and stand aside from the activities of the unit. Often with the unit's mainstream consciousness, pull down the car.
