领导嫌疑及形成机制解析

【摘要】：正所谓嫌疑,是指被怀疑和猜忌为具有某种不良动机和侵害行为的可能性。嫌疑往往是权位、名利、利害、情态的伴生物。领导干部有权有位、有名有利,言行举止、亲疏好恶都与他人利害攸关,树欲静而风不止,最易产生嫌疑。嫌疑会导致信任降低甚至丧失,造成感情疏远和心理隔阂,诱发怨恨和敌对情绪,招致背叛和伤害行为,瓦解伙伴与合作关系,削弱团体凝聚力、执行力与竞争力。一、嫌疑的表现形式嫌疑可谓形形色色、光怪陆离、言不胜言。如果从上下级之间、同级之间的维度分析,嫌疑主要有以下几种表现。

First, the manifestations of suspicion can be described as a variety of, strange, speech invincible. If we analyze the dimension between the upper and lower levels and the same level, there are several main manifestations of suspicion.
