从权力视角看同级关系的排斥性问题

【摘要】：正无论是领导干部还是普通公务人员,甚至我们每一个有工作的同志,同级关系都是面对最多、最直接、最频繁的人际关系。同级关系处理得好,相互就会成为工作中的帮手、事业上的伙伴、生活里的兄弟,对单位和个人是福;处理不好,同事、同行就可能变成竞争中的对手、前进道路上的冤家、单位之外的路人,于人于己都是祸害。显然,同级关系中最值得重视的是因为竞争以及相互间的防范、积怨、争斗等引发的排斥性问题。诱发同级之间相互排斥的因素比较多,有事务看法上的"话不投机半句多",有工作思路上的"南辕北辙",有权力利益上的"争强好胜",
[Abstract]:Both leading cadres and ordinary civil servants, and even each of our comrades who have jobs, are faced with the most direct, and frequent interpersonal relationships at the same level. If the peer relationship is handled well, each will become a helper at work, a partner in a career, a brother in life, and a blessing for the unit and the individual; If you don't handle it well, your colleague may become a rival, the enemy on the way forward, the passer-by outside the unit, will be a disaster to others and yourself. Obviously, the most important issue in the peer relationship is the exclusiveness caused by competition and mutual prevention, resentment, struggle and so on. There are many factors that induce mutual exclusion between the same level, such as "talking less and half a sentence" in terms of views on affairs, "diametrically opposed" in working ideas, and "competing for competition" in terms of power and interests.
