伦理型领导管理特征与管理实践

【摘要】:伦理型领导可以定义为,通过个人行为和人际互动,示范适当的行为规范,并通过双向交流、强化和决策制定等过程,提高行为示范的有效性。与经济型领导相比较,伦理型领导管理特征主要包括个人魅力、动机激励、思维启发和员工发展等几个方面。伦理型领导管理实践是建立在成熟的伦理价值理念基础之上,综合控制各类影响因素,在不断推进伦理型组织建立的同时对业已建立的组织进行持续管理实践的过程,具体包括建立期望、反馈指导、奖励支持、行为示范、风气塑造等多个环节。
[Abstract]:Ethical leadership can be defined as improving the effectiveness of behavior demonstration through personal behavior and interpersonal interaction, demonstrating appropriate behavior norms, and enhancing the effectiveness of behavior demonstration through two-way communication, reinforcement and decision-making. Compared with economic leadership, the management characteristics of ethical leadership include personal charm, motivation, thought inspiration and employee development. The practice of ethical leadership management is based on the mature ethical value concept, comprehensively controls all kinds of influencing factors, and continuously promotes the establishment of ethical organization while carrying on the continuous management practice to the established organization at the same time. It includes establishing expectation, feedback guidance, reward support, behavior demonstration, atmosphere shaping and so on.
