神经领导学研究进展述评

【摘要】:神经领导学是采用神经科学方法和技术探究领导—追随现象的新兴多学科交叉研究领域,它运用脑成像技术、神经化学技术和遗传学方法等考察与领导—追随相关的特质、认知及情绪的神经基础,以期打开领导—追随"黑箱"。本文对神经领导学的产生背景及产生过程进行了回顾,分别从领导的遗传基础、脑成像研究和神经化学研究三个方面对神经领导学相关研究进行了综述,并对神经领导学的应用进行了阐述,最后简要讨论了该领域存在的问题和未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Neuroleadership is a new interdisciplinary research field that uses neuroscience methods and techniques to explore leadership-following phenomena. It uses brain imaging techniques, neurochemistry techniques and genetic methods to investigate and follow the characteristics of leadership-following. Cognitive and emotional neural basis in order to open the leadership-follow the "black box". In this paper, the background and process of neuro-leadership are reviewed, and the related researches are reviewed from three aspects: genetic basis of leadership, brain imaging and neurochemistry. The application of neuro-leadership is described. Finally, the problems in this field and the future research direction are briefly discussed.
