基于社会网络视角的依恋方式与领导成长关系研究

【摘要】:从社会网络视角剖析了依恋方式影响领导成长的机制,研究提出,依恋方式通过探索行为和社交技能分别运作于领导的正式和非正式社会网络,继而通过资源获取和经验学习对领导成长起决定性作用。相对于逃避型和焦虑型,安全型依恋方式对社会网络中的信任和多样性水平以及领导成长较为有利。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the mechanism of the influence of attachment style on leadership growth from the perspective of social network. The study suggests that attachment mode operates in the formal and informal social networks of leaders through exploring behavior and social skills, respectively. Then, through the acquisition of resources and experience learning, leadership growth plays a decisive role. Compared with avoidance and anxiety, secure attachment is beneficial to the level of trust, diversity and leadership growth in social networks.
