【摘要】：正任何一个地方、一个单位的员工出于对自己、对他人、对环境、对未来的不同认识和心理期望,对工作的态度各有差异:有勤奋努力积极工作者,也有敷衍应付消极怠工者。前者是"核心"、"中坚",而后者是"刺头"、"麻烦"。很多领导十分重视发挥积极工作者的引领作用,却忽视了对消极怠工者的科学管理,其结果往往导致消极怠工情绪蔓延,积极工作者也随波逐流,最终影响整个地方、整个单位的
[Abstract]:In any place, employees in a unit have different attitudes towards work out of different understandings and psychological expectations about themselves, to others, to the environment, to the future, to hard-working and active workers, to perfunctory coping with negative and idle workers. Many leaders attach great importance to giving full play to the leading role of active workers, but ignore the scientific management of the idle workers.
