领导方式转变的主体层次和创新路径

【摘要】：以领导方式转变促进发展方式转变已形成理论和实践共识,但是,领导方式转变的主体是什么,已有的研究成果尚未进行系统的定位,影响了对领导方式转变的深层理论思考和指导性强的对策研究。从领导方式转变的客观载体和理论逻辑分析,领导方式转变的主体具有多元性和复合性,从一定角度可以区分为执政党及其各级党委、国家及其各级政府组织、领导干部三个层次,并且这三个层次又是紧密联系、作为一个整体存在的。在加快转变发展方式的时代背景下,领导方式转变的主体面临着转变的现实之困,必须克服路径依赖,积极探索领导方式转变的创新路径。
[Abstract]:It has formed a theoretical and practical consensus to change the way of leadership and promote the transformation of the way of development. however, what is the main body of the change of leadership style, the existing research results have not yet been systematically positioned. It affects the deep theoretical thinking and guiding countermeasures of the change of leadership style. From the objective carrier and theoretical logic analysis of the change of leadership style, the main body of the transformation of leadership style is pluralistic and complex, which can be divided into the ruling party and its party committees at all levels, the state and its government organizations at all levels. There are three levels of leading cadres, and these three levels are closely related to each other and exist as a whole. Under the background of speeding up the transformation of the mode of development, the main body of the change of leadership style is faced with the reality of transformation, so we must overcome the path dependence and actively explore the innovative path of the change of leadership mode.
