多种品牌牛奶与酸奶中6种有益金属元素质量分数的分析及比较

【摘要】:为了简化检测牛奶和酸奶中铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)和锂(Li)6种有益金属元素的前处理过程,并且以烟台市为例,了解市售的牛奶和酸奶中这些有益金属元素的质量分数及其差异,随机采集了市面上未标明添加了上述有益金属元素的10个品牌的牛奶和10个品牌的酸奶,检测了它们6种有益金属元素的质量分数,并比较使用两种消化方法后的检测效果以及牛奶和酸奶中有益金属元素质量分数的差异。实验采用常规干式灰化法和简化后的干法两种消化方法后,经火焰原子吸收光谱法,测定了牛奶和酸奶中6种有益金属元素的质量分数。结果表明,牛奶和酸奶中6种有益金属元素均有检出,采用常规干式灰化法和简化后的干法处理样品对测定结果无显著影响,两种方法的回收率和精密度均符合实验要求;烟台市售的酸奶和牛奶中元素Li和Fe质量分数差异显著;Ca,Zn,Cu,Mn质量分数差异不显著。
[Abstract]:In order to simplify the pretreatment of six beneficial metal elements, Fe, Ca, Zn, Cu, mn and Li in milk and yoghurt, and take Yantai as an example, the mass fraction and difference of these beneficial metal elements in milk and yoghurt were studied. Ten brands of milk and 10 brands of yoghurt that were not labeled with the above mentioned beneficial metal elements were randomly collected and their mass fraction of 6 useful metal elements were tested. The results of two digestion methods and the difference of beneficial metal content in milk and yoghurt were compared. The mass fraction of 6 beneficial metal elements in milk and yoghurt were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry after routine dry ashing and simplified dry digestion. The results showed that six beneficial metal elements were detected in milk and yoghurt. The sample was treated by conventional dry ashing method and simplified dry method. The recovery and precision of the two methods were in accordance with the experimental requirements. The difference of Li and Fe content in yoghurt and milk in Yantai City was significant.
