国产与进口品牌UHT牛奶中17种微量元素含量及差异分析

【摘要】:为了解我国市售超高温灭菌(UHT)牛奶中微量元素含量及不同品牌间差异,从我国17个城市超市采集了29个国产品牌的96批次UHT牛奶及28个进口品牌的53批次UHT牛奶,分析了17种微量元素的含量,并比较了国产品牌与进口品牌UHT牛奶中微量元素含量差异。实验采用微波消解前处理和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定牛奶中17种微量元素含量,加标回收率为90.9%~109.6%。分析结果表明,国产品牌和进口品牌UHT牛奶中元素钒(V)、铬(Cr)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、镓(Ga)、银(Ag)、铊(Tl)、铀(U)检出率分别为2.08%~88.54%和1.89%~92.45%,锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、硒(Se)、铷(Rb)、锶(Sr)、铯(Cs)、钡(Ba)检出率均为100.00%;国产品牌与进口品牌UHT牛奶中元素Cu、Zn、Se、Ni和Sr含量差异显著(P0.05),V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ga、Rb、Ag、Cs、Ba、Tl和U含量差异不显著(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the content of trace elements in ultra-high temperature sterilized (UHT) milk and the differences among different brands, 96 batches of UHT milk from 29 domestic brands and 53 batches of UHT milk from 28 imported brands were collected from 17 supermarkets in 17 cities of China. The contents of 17 trace elements were analyzed and the differences of trace elements in UHT milk between domestic brands and imported brands were compared. The method of microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to determine the contents of 17 trace elements in milk. The results showed that vanadium, (V), chromium, (Cr), cobalt, (Co), (Ni), gallium, (Ga), silver, (Ag), and thallium (Tl), were found in domestic and imported brands of UHT milk. The detectable rate of uranium (U) was 88.54% and 1.89%, respectively. Manganese, (Mn), iron, (Fe), copper, (Cu), zinc, (Zn), (Se), (Rb), strontium, (Sr), cesium, (Cs),. The detectable rate of barium (Ba) was 100.00000. The contents of Cu,Zn,Se,Ni and Sr in UHT milk were significantly different between domestic brands and imported brands (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the contents of Cu,Zn,Se,Ni and U between domestic brands and imported brands (P0.05).
