破解季节工管理难题

【摘要】：正由于身份的特殊性,季节工对企业的认同度较低,缺少对事务的主动参与意识,价值取向中利益原则较为突出,这些很大程度上影响了他们的工作状态。季节工具有明显的季节周期性,是指生产季节性比较强,用工期比较集中的企业在生产旺季时招用的临时工。季节工作为一种新的用工形式,已逐步成为企业人力资源的后备接替资源,然而季节工在人力资源管理中存在的问题也越来越突出,如何在不提升用工成本的同时又能最大程度挖掘季节工潜力,是一个亟待解决的新课题。
[Abstract]:Because of the particularity of seasonal workers of enterprises, low degree of recognition, the lack of active participation of affairs, principle of interest value orientation is more prominent, these largely affected the status of their work. The seasonal tool has obvious seasonal cycle, refers to the production of relatively strong seasonal, temporary with the duration of the relatively concentrated enterprises employ in the production season. The season for a new form of employment, has gradually become the reserve replacement resources of enterprise human resources, however, in human resources management in the existing problems of seasonal workers has become increasingly prominent, how to enhance the labor costs to the maximum extent while mining season industrial potential is a new issue to be solved.
