【摘要】:建筑装饰行业是比较重要的行业,行业产值较大,从业人员众多,建筑装饰行业的快速、稳定的发展对解决就业,促进和谐社会有重要的意义。建筑装饰行业服务几乎所有的行业,没有哪个行业可以离开建筑装饰行业,建筑装饰企业的管理能力、发展水平的高低,也对国计民生有重大的影响。建筑装饰行业,行业集中度低,绝大多数企业为中小型企业。做为中小企业,资源有限,管理水平比较低,技术能力比较差,缺乏市场发展的机会。企业的管理层常常徘徊在各种管理学派、各种企业战略、各种市场理论中,却不得要领。常常头疼医头,脚痛医脚,没有形成符合自身特点的,清晰地、可操作性强的理论和思路。究其原因,没有详细的,符合本行业发展规律的理论研究是重要的原因。本文主要以建筑装饰行业中小型企业为研究对象,对建筑装饰行业中小型企业的现状、存在的问题进行挖掘。运用企业战略理论,结合PEST分析、五力模型、SWOT分析等理论工具进行分析和论证,以找到建筑装饰行业中小型企业在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展的方法。本文的研究注重理论性与实践性相结合,期望既可以符合科学研究的严谨性,又能直接指导企业的经营活动,使建筑装饰行业中小型企业可以结合自身的特点,找到符合自身发展的战略,使企业的资源配置合理、效率更高,从而使企业更好地、更快速的发展。
[Abstract]:The architectural decoration industry is an important industry, the industry output value of large, many employees, the building decoration industry rapid and stable development to solve the employment, promote the harmonious society has important significance. Building decoration services industry almost all industries, no industry can leave the building decoration industry, building decoration enterprise management ability, development the level also has a significant impact on the architectural decoration industry. Beneficial to the people's livelihood, industry concentration is low, the vast majority of enterprises are small and medium enterprises. For small and medium-sized enterprises, limited resources, the management level is relatively low, technical ability is poor, lack of market development opportunities. The management of the enterprise, often wandering in a variety of school management and all kinds of business strategy, market theory, but often miss the point. The headache medicine head aches, not in accordance with its own characteristics, clear and operable The theory and ideas. The reason is not detailed, consistent with the theory of the development of the industry is an important reason. This paper takes the architectural decoration industry in small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, the status of building decoration industry of small and medium enterprises, the problems of mining. By using the enterprise strategy theory, combining with the PEST analysis. The five forces model, SWOT analysis and other theoretical tools are analyzed and demonstrated, in order to find the method of building decoration industry of small and medium enterprises in the fierce market competition for survival and development. This paper pays attention to theory and practice combination, can be expected in line with scientific research rigor, and can directly guide the business activities the architectural decoration industry of small and medium-sized enterprises can be combined with its own characteristics, find a suitable for their own development strategy, make the enterprise reasonable allocation of resources, higher efficiency, so as to enable enterprises to better and more Rapid development.
