【摘要】:新时期的市场环境变幻莫测,企业面临着各种各样新的挑战,而管理者的领导能力在很大程度上代表了一个企业组织运作的水平,所以一个企业的成功往往取决于管理者的领导能力。企业能够获得成功在一定程度上是因为拥有优秀的领导者,不仅是最高层的管理者,而且在各个层级上都有优秀领导能力的管理者。优秀的企业会有意识、系统地培养管理者的领导能力,使各层管理者能够担负起领导职责。关于企业领导力水平的提升,一个很重要的方法就是在企业内构建领导力素质模型。一个有效的领导力素质模型是企业构建管理者人才梯队的能力素质标准,也是企业管理者培养、选拔的参照标准,能够清晰地定义哪些领导力素质是企业成功所需要的。 本文详细回顾了国内外有关领导力素质模型的研究资料,归纳总结了现有的研究成果对领导力素质模型构建的贡献。论文以A公司为案例,详细分析了公司运营管理的现状,阐述出A公司构建领导力素质模型的迫切需求。在总结国内外关于领导力素质模型构建方法的基础上,结合公司实际情况,选取合适的素质模型构建方法如访谈法、问卷调查法、标杆法等,完成了对A公司领导力素质模型的构建设计,并对模型构建的过程和方法进行了总结。然后详细分析了构建好的领导力素质模型在A公司人力资源管理各个方面的实际应用价值。最后对全文进行了总结。总之,本文在分析A公司管理现状的基础上,论述了领导力素质模型构建的方法和全过程,以及构建好的模型在人力资源管理系统中的应用价值,对于国内企业有关领导力素质模型的研究有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In the new era, the market environment is unpredictable, enterprises are facing a variety of new challenges, and the leadership of managers to a large extent represents the level of an enterprise organization. Therefore, the success of an enterprise often depends on the leadership of the manager. To some extent, the success of an enterprise is due to the excellent leaders, not only the top managers. And at all levels there are excellent leadership managers. Good enterprises will consciously and systematically cultivate the leadership of managers. To enable managers at all levels to assume leadership responsibilities. One of the most important methods is to build a leadership quality model in an enterprise. An effective leadership quality model is the ability quality standard of constructing the echelon of managers, and it is also the training of enterprise managers. The selection criteria clearly define which leadership qualities are needed for success. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research materials on leadership quality model and summarizes the contribution of existing research results to the construction of leadership quality model. The paper takes A Company as a case study. This paper analyzes the current situation of company operation and management in detail, and expounds the urgent need of building leadership quality model in company A. on the basis of summing up the construction methods of leadership quality model at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of the company. Select the appropriate quality model construction methods such as interview, questionnaire survey, benchmarking method, completed the construction of leadership quality model design of A company. Then, the practical application value of the established leadership quality model in all aspects of human resource management of company A is analyzed in detail. Finally, the whole paper is summarized. Yeah. Based on the analysis of the current management situation of company A, this paper discusses the method and the whole process of the construction of leadership quality model, and the application value of the established model in the human resources management system. For domestic enterprises about leadership quality model research has certain reference significance.
